The Role:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales and aftersales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture to achieve dealership objectives
- Develop and execute robust strategies aimed at maximising sales performance and overall profitability
- Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction levels, ensuring each interaction aligns with the dealership's high standards
- Work closely with various departments to achieve overall business objectives
- Act as primary liaison with the distributor regarding performance metrics and brand developments
- Continuously update and adapt to industry trends and best practices with industry trends and best practices
Job requirements
- 5+ years experience in franchise dealership sales
- 2+ years experience in a sales management or team leadership role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Commercially astute with a solid grasp of KPIs critical to franchise dealership success
